To be in motion…

As long as our bodies are animated, alive, they are in motion.

From tiny movements to movements that lead to visible movements and dances.

Visual Arts & Movement

Creating with body and soul

At the beginning of a workshop

Proposals for a small warm-up and contact with the space and the others.

After activation, in the slow motion phase, it is possible for us to perceive and follow the birth of small movements that can lead to larger movements.

From the inner space to the outer space.

From the invisible to the visible.

Without intervening by will or by a preconceived concept, we accompany the intelligence of our body and its expression.

It is a process of paying attention to what is inside me and what is ready to express itself.

Our dance is revealed in its rhythm, its fluidity and in connection with its emotion.

This approach does not require technical dance knowledge, but rather unlearning our conditioning to let the body speak.

Between rhythms and melodies, the choice of musical sequences stimulates our resources and invites their creative expression.

I can meet the place where thoughts stop to be at the service of observation, of the testimony of a process that seems to be effortless.

It is a level of consciousness where mind and feeling work together.

The movement that is expressed in space will be transposed onto a support.

This can be the line of a graphite pencil on a paper large enough to allow for body expression.

I can choose a color that corresponds to how I feel and leave a trace of my gesture with a liquid color.

The contact with the material influences the way I express myself:

A back and forth between what inhabits me and what I receive during this contact will stimulate the development of pictorial expression.

First of all, it is a moment of listening.

My look at the creation that is taking place will bring other subjects:

associations, fantasy, or memories of lights, colours, atmospheres, dreams... which are other motors to make me react, act.

With these elements, an artistic creation is built in which I can recognize myself - and perhaps surprise myself.

" Experiencing - and not representing"

To experiment is to enter into the quality of the moment, like a pioneer exploring a wasteland - sometimes empty, sometimes devastated, sometimes a garden - ready to welcome.

Breathing soul into matter....

Proposals for creations shared by two or in groups

Presence to myself and to the other forms the basis for a common creation.

The stimulation of the encounter is part of the creation.

The " Fine Arts and Movement " workshops are suitable for an uninformed public as well as for artistic creators.

A process

of attention to what is inside me and what is ready to express itself.

This attitude can allow me to come into contact with the space in me "who knows", my intuition.

un moment d'écoute

"The feeling of the idea is more important than the idea itself."

Although I also accompany you with my experiences as a Gestalt Therapist,

these workshops do not take place on a psycho-therapeutic level.

Here, it's just a matter of curiosity to explore your creative potential!
